Warranty claim for Dell wireless mosue

I had purchased Dell USB Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set- KM3322W 06/03/2023 from Amazon. The scroll button of the mouse has stopped working. Since it is under warranty, I want to make a warranty claim for the same.

However, I am not able to use the Get Help Now link as the bot keeps asking me for  service tag but the peripheral device that I have does not have a Service Tag number.

Hence I request you to assign a DELL-Cares agent to start the private Direct Message process with me.
