Warranty and Ownership Transfer Request Denied
I have purchased a Alienware monitor AW3225QF via Japan Amazon recently. After receiving my monitor, I requested to transfer the warranty and ownership to my country. However, my request was denied due to “Trade Compliance has cancelled the request”. The above reason should be further elaborated, as I know there were numerous successful cases to transfer the warranty and ownership. Hope the CS of dell could kindly review and follow up my case.

I still haven’t heard back from Dell CS yet, i always thought that dell is a company which cares about customers, but seems NOT. I am running out of patience on this matter as Dell has obviously different standards to review and accept the ownership transfer. Please anyone could let me know how to escalate or file a formal complaint regarding the matter.
