Very frustrating dealing with Customer Care

Customer Care cared less about my issues. And this was during the ordering and shipping alone. It's very difficult to communicate with Dell Customer Care because they kept going around the circle and never resolved the issue. Instead they came up with all kinds of excuses and inconsistencies to frustrate me further. One supervisor by the name "Sneha" (India call center) didn't even let me talk. She talked over me and never had any interests in resolving the issue, which concerning the shipping. She told me tracking information that was not consistent with what Dell provide on my online account. This experience has discouraged me greatly from having any interests in spending my money on Dell.
