Useless UK Delivery Tracking
Why is it that a global company like Dell can't get is logisitcs tracking right?
Delivery date on Dell Customer Care page shows Jan 10
Click on Track Order and there again Delivery Status: Jan 10
Click on Tracking ID links you to DP world page shows: BLANK!

Hi Dell, it's confirmed! You make great computers but still trying to figure out logistics.
Jan 13: Dell website npow showing Delivery Date Pending, rather than Jan 10 as above.
DHL sent a message confirming delivery Jan 13.
No way to contact Dell except here where I DMed as sugegsted by Chris M. Never heard back.
Conclusion: great PCs if you don't really care when your delivery may or may not happen.

Thank you. I have now sent you the order number via DM.
The order is still showing as Delivery Jan 10 fow which I have taken the day off work to be sure I don't miss the delivery. Nearly 5 oclock and still nothing.
When I track on the link next to Tracking ID I get to a DP World web page which states: "Your order has not yet been processed by out warehouse"!?!?
