URGENT: Refund Not Received
On 27th August, Dell confirmed the courier has my return.
On 29th August, I'd received a credit memo via email.
On 8th September, I advised Dell my refund had not been received and was advised by Dell it may take up until 12th September to be received.
On 15th September, I advised Dell my refund still hasn't been received but was auto-replied staying my service request had been closed (prematurely).
This is abhorrent customer service, can someone please look into this immediately.
