URGENT: Pending Return OrderNumber# - One month with no collection or refund

For the past one month, I have been trying to return a device I purchased that arrived defective. I have tried in every possible way to have it collected, and even attempted to send it myself, but it has not been possible.

I have a return order OrderNumber# generated by your team, but the assigned shipping company never comes to pick up the package on the scheduled dates, or simply fails to show up.

My intention is to find an amicable solution, and I kindly ask you to resolve this issue.
