Unprofessional and Unruly Service Rendered By DELL Vietnam Support Staff

Hello ,

The above matter refers.

I'm searching for a channel which I can make an official complaint for a particular case number that the DELL personnel  has purposely send an "offensive" email plus delaying our case which require utmost attention. Please advise.
