Unacceptable doing business with Dell

I recently purchased 2 computers from Dell and have been a satisfied customer. I thought I would buy some monitors as well. I purchased a monitor late at night and discovered I made an error. Within 1 hour I tried to cancel the order. The system said it was too late to cancel. I started a help desk ticket for cancelling where they would respond in 4 hours. They never responded and I called the help center at 8:50. Of course they can't help me. My stomach has an uneasy feeling, I want nothing to do with Dell in the future. What a dishonorable company. I am never buying another Dell product .
