Unable to access previous order

Hi there

I purchased a Dell refurbished laptop through Dell in July 2025. I ordered additional support which through the Dell website I am able to access. 
The problem is that although I have the order numbers (thanks to Dell Support, who provided them for me after rigourous security checks) I did not receive an email with my order details on and I require a VAT invoice for the purchase. 
I am assuming that I incorrectly miss-spelt my email on the order page, and now I am locked out from viewing the order, invoice or gaining help for this order. The support team have clarified with other information that it is me (delivery address, support key code etc) but the 'Sales Support' is only interested in my email - which seems to be the only thing I got wrong. 
In the event that I accidentally put in my personal email I have tried this and any business email I have access too, but to no avail. The order does not belong to any of them, so I am not allowed to see the invoice. So that is why I think I must have typed my email address wrong and now I am unable to access any kind of online support for this order as it is only recognising email addresses. 
Is there anyone on here who can help? All I require is a copy of the Invoice for VAT purposes.
