UK Delivery information

I ordered a Inspiron 7640 2 in 1 two weeks ago and the estimated delivery is on two days. However there is no tracking information and the only thing providing is a useless DP world link Which provides no information at all and said that their Wearhouse hasn't received our order. I need some sort of tracking info to ensure I'm home when it comes but I have no clue when that will be. This is my first order directly of the dell website and I thought it would be a lot more efficient and informative.
