UAN Number - Generation by the employer

UAN Enquiry- 

Dear Team,

Hope you are doing well, yesterday also I wrote a mail to PF department which was given by you, but i didnot get any solution.

See I worked with Dell for almost 3 years and my PF amount is not reflecting any where. So i want to know who can help , because for old PF accounts employer is suppose to create UAN number for his Ex employee so that i can see my account and amount.

Now for this reason I have been trying from past 1 week , kindly escalate my issue if noone knows how to help the employee. I need a solution.
