Trying to do a return but "Returns & Exchanges" says "Online Return is not eligible at this time."

I am trying to do a return but "Returns & Exchanges" says "Online Return is not eligible at this time."

The computer was delivered about 10 days ago- why is this option not availabe?

How do I do a return?

You'll need to call Dell to arrange a return.  As long as the system was purchased direct from Dell in the US, and for personal (not business) use, it should qualify.   That said, be prepared for a restocking/shipping charge if the item is open and not defective.

I can't find a customer service number that ever gets to a person - just endless prompts and then a hang-up.
