Trouble placing simple order

Sales / Tech support sent me to Customer Care Team.

We do not see any issue with the quotations at our end. if this is an issue related to your account, you can get in touch with our customer care team to check regarding this.
 
Also, Can you share a previous fulfilled order number(For any service or parts), just want to check which account were you using to order previously so that we can use the same account to provide another quotation."
 

I am trying to do something extraordinarly simple everywhere else except Dell.

I am trying to order a replacement keyboard.

Dell sent me a quote / I click on "Order Now"

It sends me to a Premeir login page

I try to create an account, but it does not recognize my customer number.

Please help me keep you as a supplier.

Customer Care doesn't seem to care either.

I am still waiting to hear back from Dell on trying to place what should be a simple order!
