Transparency needed on delivery date

Hello Dell Customer support team, 

I ordered a customized Alienware aurora 16 build on October 23rd 2025. The delivery was due according to the tracking information and website on November 2nd-3rd 2025. 
 
As of today the system has updated itself and states “delivery pending”. Additionally DP World’s tracking information is still blank and it’s not possible to communicate with them whatsoever. 

If anyone could help I would appreciate it as I cannot understand how DELL can make promises and estimates on shipping and then not be transparent with their customers throughout the entire shipping process. I am in need of this order as this laptop is for both business and study and I have deadlines coming up in the second week of this month.
