Trade in Department not responding

I traded in an Computer after I purchased a new one. The Trade in Department finally reimbursed me with the money for the old computer. The bad part is the Credit card they where using was not one of mine. I tried for day to get in contact via technical support or Customer care support ( No body was available there either).So I am getting the Go around and the Problem is still not solved. It is sad, that as you as an customer can not talk to a person who messed up the Process. Hello people wake up and do your job and do not ignore your customers, after all we are paying your Salary.
