TRADE Compliance Hold!!

What is on a trade compliance hold my business has bought a LOT of computers from dell but now every time we do we get a trade compliance hold and they ask for a bunch of information that is NO chance I am giving to them because it is not relevant to my order. Date of birth etc! Dell, what is going on over there? 

When you ask the person on the phone what Trade compliance is the straight-up lie to your face and say it is required by the US goverment!
