Touchpad not working

My touchpad is not working from 2 months. I contacted dell toll free no. And for 7-8 times engineers visited to repair the laptop but the issue doesn't solve. Every alternate days engineers visit and they are not able to solve it, says we will visit tomorrow again. I am raising the complaint for 2nd time but no satisfactory response I am getting from your side. My laptop is under warranty please replace my laptop with the new piece because from 2 months I am not able to complete my works. This is getting problematic for me.
