Toner delivery complaint

I ordered Toner for my Dell printer with Dell Purchase ID <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> on April 5, 2025. I paid for the toner and I was given an estimated delivery date of April 10, but no delivery has occurred. None of my phoning to Customer Service gets through; nothing but pleasant robot recordings followed by a now very frustrating "good bye"!  Your website says that the carrier has not yet picked up my order which apparently is ready for delivery. Will you please solve this problem quickly?
