Three XPS 8960 orders cancelled

<Started your own thread. Profanity is not allowed. Posting in all uppercase is difficult to read. DELL-Admin>

I'm having a similar problem trying to purchase a Dell XPS 8960 desktop. One of the top pc's out there for recording music. I've had a Dell account for 20 years. But in 2023 they changed banks and now instead of Dell preferred credit, it's Dell pay credit from Comenity bank. 3 times I've ordered an XPS 8960. First time with all the newest upgrades, cancelled, that one was $2300 and change. So I down stepped it to $1700 and cancelled. So then I got the bare minimums, $800. They sent me a text to my phone asked me if this was my purchase and sent me an email saying it would be shipped at such and such date. 3 days later it's cancelled. My account has always been in good standings. I have had 4 grand credit for 20 years. Purchased 15 or more laptops and desktop or all in ones from Dell. No problem. Haven't purchased anything since Comenity bank took over they won't allow me to. I think I'll start ordering a new computer every day until they don't cancel my order. lol
