This order can't be returned online. Please Contact Customer Support.

I’m reaching out regarding an order for a replacement part for a Dell laptop, which unfortunately turned out to be for the wrong model. I attempted to cancel the order shortly after placing it but received the following response:

"Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel some or all items in this order."

As advised, we waited for the part to arrive so we could return it under the 14-day return policy. However, I’ve been unable to initiate a return via the online portal — the process loops without resolution. I also attempted to contact support, but the available channels only cover technical support for devices, not parts or order issues.

This has become extremely frustrating, as there appears to be no clear route to resolve this type of issue. Could you please advise who I need to contact to arrange an RMA or return for this part?
