This is a formal complaint

Today (18th Nov 2024)  I called your desk for a touchpad issue in laptop (Inspiron - 7373, 2 in 1 model) and the agent said that it cannot be done. He was extremely blunt and rough in his responses which typically is not found in good service desk agents.

I would want the Touchpad issue to be resolved, else I would assume Dell being the worst brand for Laptop in India as it's just 4 yrs and and few months for me since I purchased with a hefty money (more than 80K INR). Service desk agent was again argumentative as he said that he would count the time from the date the laptop was manufactured.. 

Overall the experience with Dell is extremely bad.

It's unlikely Dell will have parts for this 6 year old system -- and even if you've had it only four years, it's still out of warranty.  Whatever the problem is, seek repair through a local computer shop.
