Terrible experience with Technical Support, #2

I have this problem too. I am trying to get service for almost a month now. Every appointment has been cancelled. The first appointment, I received a call at 4PM that they had to cancel as it was late in the day, and they were going on vacation the next day. He had already received the parts. From there on, each cancellation was because the parts were not received. Now this morning, I was promised a tech would come out today, and now I received an email cancelling, This time, they had no technician and would contact me the DAY OF when they could come. This is the worst service of any company I've ever had to use.
I am beyond frustrated!
