Technical support email complaint

<To protect you and Dell employee privacy, all private information was removed from public view. All applicable data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin>

Below is the email chain following lengthy contact with Technical Support on 29-9-2025 which was ended abruptly with no resolution of my problem. I trust someone will contact me ASAP to restore my confidence in Dell computers and resolve my problem.

The screenshots are not attached but my message was as follows:

"Screenshots as discussed. I sent the above message at 16:40 today and have now found that my virtual chat with
Dell | Technical Support

has ended without any resolution for my problem.

 

The message said that the chat was ended due to a few minutes of inactivity – this was because I was gathering the evidence that I’d been asked to send. Your system is now asking me to start the whole process again. This is totally unacceptable so will someone please email me at or phone me on  without delay and please send me a transcript of the virtual communication with .
