Syncreon order tracking(no updates so far)

Hi,

I received a shipment email from Dell on the 2nd of April but so far no further updates from Syncreon/DP world or dell.

The estimated delivery date is the 10th of April which is a couple of days away. Can you please provide any updates on my order please?
