Student membership issue

Hi, my student membership expired 4/6 and system still showing active with valid coupon. I can’t apply those coupon to my order so I tried to renew, cancel membership or switch to other membership options and it not allowing me to do any of those. I’m happy to see there is a similar case resolved recently. Could you plz help me also with this issue? Thank you in advance!
