Still waiting for my purchase!

I purchased a new computer on Marth 16th and my order still states the package has not been picked up by delivery company. Support called me from over seas but they can not tell me why I am still waiting for my computer after a week and a half. I was told a second order might be created to solve the pending problem but I don't see anything new or changed with the status of my order. Any suggestions before I cancel my order?
