Something is seriously wrong about Dell product and service in China

I am writing this mail as a formal complaint regarding the recent purchase and service I received in China from Dell.
 
I am a loyal Dell customer who has purchased 5-6 Alienware devices during the past decade. Most of my purchases were made in the UK, and I assume that is why I have never had an issue, even if there is sometimes, the UK team has perfectly solved them in the past.
However, the nightmare started after a purchase I made in China back in last June 22, 2023 when I bought an Alienware x14 R2 <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

Up to date, the mainboard and screen have been replaced collectively two - three times, the fan has been replaced once. And also, some replacement parts are not brand new but refurbished ones <That is in line with Dell policy. DELL-Admin>, which means the laptop has been transformed from a brand new machine to a partly refurbished one. 
Regarding this issue, I have consistently communicated with the Dell customer service in China, which went to nowhere, and then it ended up. Finally, a lady named Zhu called me from the Dell customer care department. Ironically, although she belongs to the customer care team, she showed an attitude that she couldn't care less about the customer and did not want to solve the problem at all.
I do believe that a series of service failures were involved in my case, and this is not the standard of Dell treating its loyal customers. Therefore, I do ask Dell to kindly investigate into this issue .

See? That is exactly the problem of Dell Customer Service. They just try to ignore all the major issues you reported, but focus on something that follows their policy. OK, even using refurbished parts is in line with your policy, but that does not justify that the major parts of the laptop have been replaced several times!
