Shocking Practices

Made a purchase; all verified and approved by bank.  Ticked the box to be informed by SMS on progress of the order.  Got the first message to say order received.  Then nothing.  Logged in to account to see order had been "Cancelled".  No reason why, and I wasn't informed, so the arrangements I made to be there to collect delivery were a waste of time.

With that attitude, this company will lose lots of business; certainly from me forever - and from as many people as I can tell what a rotten company this is.
