Shipping problem

I’ve ordered a Alienware aurora 16 through Dellstore India which is an official dell store. The transaction was successful however it shows delivery in next 3 days, but even invoice hasn’t been generated yet, not shipped yet. I’m unable to contact, dellstore india customer service is very poor. I’ve tried every way to reach out but no response. Even the order number generated on the site is not working on official dell site for tracking or customer support.
