Sent laptop for repairs, ARC is saying that my laptop is missing parts
My computer was running ( except for the blue screen issue). Dell sent an onsite technician to replace the motherboard. Tech showed up and spent more than 3 hours replacing the motherboard. At the end he called support. He told me that maybe the motherboard is faulty. The technician could not power on the computer and that's the reason why support asked me to send the computer to the repair center. After few days ARC called me saying that graphic card and power line are missing! I can't believe this is happening to me!

Hi Abdel,
We see one of the managers from ProSupport has reach out to you and is engaged to review your concerns regarding the missing hardware identified by the depot (ARC). Please continue your engagement with them until a resolution is reached.

thanks. this is a nightmare. i never opened a computer in my life and these guys are blaming for taking a graphics card and power line from my own computer. this is my 10th computer in my last 20 years and never had an issue until now . not sure what`s changing in DELL and specifically the Warranty part . are they trying to get me to pay for repairs no matter what`s the issue (my fault or not).
hopefully this will be resolved quickly .

this is the email i keep getting , every time i asked for update:
Hello Abdeljalil,
We apologize for the inconvenience; however, the case was already escalated for the investigation with the onsite technician. Technician have already mentioned that the parts were all put back in the machine and no parts were taken along by the technician. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, the issue is not covered under the current existing warranty and the service fee will be applicable.
Regards,
Prakash H
it`s like i am dealing with an AI machine and not a support tech
