Sales recruiter went off the grid and concerned. What's Dell's HR phone number or email?

What's Dell's HR phone number or email? I need to speak to someone, because the recruiter is not responding. I applied for the inside sales job and did the following:

• Video interview (Great feedback)
• Watched the Dell Small Business Introduction - Role Overview & FAQ's

• Confirmed I wanted the job
• The recruiter (Kayla A) wasn't able to make the planned meeting that I attended on time and asked to reschedule, because she was pulled into some unplanned meeting. I told her sure we can reschedule. I asked if she had a colleague that could possibly step in and take over until she was able again. She gave a weird response. After that she has been ghost.

I really hope this isn't how Dell represents itself and treats candidates for a job/career.
