Sales end time?
This product was in my cart at $650 and when I was about to purchase it went back to $900. This was at 11:30pm est yesterday. Is there a time frame and timezone when sales usually end? I thought 11:30pm was a random time.

Could be like the airlines -- when seats reserved for a discount run out, the sale ends. It's not different in other markets now -- computer hardware included.

Sales often end at specific times set by the retailer, typically based on their local timezone or a standard like Pacific Time (PT) or Eastern Time (ET). In many cases, sales end at 11:59 PM in the store’s chosen timezone, but this can vary—some promotions may end earlier in the evening or switch pricing automatically based on inventory or demand. If the price changed at 11:30 PM EST, it's possible the sale was scheduled to end at midnight in a different timezone, such as PT (which would be 3:00 AM EST). It's always a good idea to complete purchases earlier when sales are active to avoid unexpected changes.
