Return stc-2100 printer, 8 contact attemps with Dell and been hung up

i have made more than 8 contact attemps with Dell and been hung up on or told there is nothing i can do to return my stc-2100 printer. i purchased the printer and received it 31 days ago. i just now discovered that the copy and scan feature does not have an auto feeder. i want to return this printer and purchase the STC-4100 Work Force. i have deen a Dell customer for over 20 years. if you cannot assist me, my loyalty to Dell will end.
