Return Case

I returned a laptop that i was happy with just a few days after receiving it. The Customer Service Department refuses to return my money. They have told me they would return my money on a specific day, and they did not. They told me that they had a technical problem with the return, and that is a lie. They told me they had an internal problem sending the return to the right department, and that is not my problem. Dell Customer Service Department is the most dishonest, poorly managed Department i have ever worked with and I am they wont return my money. Your policy says 10-15 business days and now it will day 16 on Monday. I have called 7 times to try and reason with them and they wont treat me with any respect.
