Request for Warranty Replacement/Repair – Dell 34 Curved USB-C Monitor (S3423DWC)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I purchased a Dell 34 Curved USB-C Monitor (Model: S3423DWC, 86.4 cm) on 22/11/2024 through the Dell website. Please find the purchase invoice attached for your reference.
Unfortunately, the monitor has developed a display defect , a patch appears on the right-hand corner of the screen, rendering it unusable. I have also attached photographs of the issue for your review.
In view of the warranty coverage, I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement of the monitor or, alternatively, take the necessary steps to repair the unit.
I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
