Request for Service Tag to be added to account

Hi,

My monitor was replaced under warranty due to a fault, but the new monitor service tag is not showing on my account.

I've tried to register the new monitor service tag, but get an error stating that the service tag is not valid.

Can you please advise how I can get the new monitor service tag assigned to my account?
