Request for MAF and letter of warranty for tendering

Our company is a Dell Partner and we have been requesting for MAF and a letter of warranty for a tender we are doing in Kenya, through our local distributor, and no help has been coming forth for almost a week now. The tender is about to close, and we haven't got any assistance.
