Request for free laptops
I am writing on behalf of The Senior Source, a nonprofit organization based in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults through advocacy, support services, and community engagement.
We are reaching out to explore the possibility of receiving refurbished laptops through Dell’s community engagement or donation programs. These devices would be used in two critical areas of our work:
Technology Training for Older Adults
Many of the seniors we serve face barriers to digital access and literacy. Our technology training classes help them learn essential skills such as using email, accessing telehealth services, and staying connected with family. Laptops would allow us to expand these classes and offer more hands-on learning opportunities.Support for Our Staff
As a nonprofit, we operate with limited resources. Refurbished laptops would greatly enhance our staff’s ability to deliver services efficiently, especially in outreach, case management, and virtual programming.
We believe that access to technology is a vital part of aging with dignity and independence and seniors are being left behind in the digital divide. Your support would directly impact the lives of hundreds of older adults in our community.
We would be honored to partner with Dell in this mission. Please let us know if there is an application process or additional information we can provide to be considered for this opportunity.

Dell does not offer free computer donations. They recommend checking with local charities or workforce development organizations for this type of request.
Am just a community member and contributor. My response was referenced by official response from these threads:
