We're experiencing persistent issues with Dell OptiPlex 3090 systems (i5 and i7 configurations) purchased in 2022. Despite multiple attempts to resolve problems, performance remains poor, and users continue to face difficulties.

If the systems are still under warranty, contact Dell with the specific issues. It will help to have the results of the Dell diagnostics before you do (F12 at powerup).
These systems must be nearing or past the warranty period -- if that's the case and you need that level of support, youc an can arrange that with Dell, but may be better off contacting a local computer technician for assistance.

Request for SSD Upgrade:

I've observed that most issues with our Dell Optiplex 3090 desktops stem from HDD-related problems. After upgrading to SSDs, systems perform significantly better.

That's pretty much standard now - very few systems ship with hard drives unless they're purchased under extreme budgetary constraints.
If you need upgrades, you can arrange that but it won't be free of charge.
