Repair fees and technical support

I sent in a laptop for repair through your paid mail in service. I received a diagnosis that motherboard needed to be replaced and paid $340.61. After 7 days of no communication and past expected completion date I received another invoice stating SSD needed to be replaced at cost of $184.18 and all my apps/info on old drive would be lost and if I wanted my old hard drive returned I would have to also pay $49.95! I paid $3300 for this "high end" laptop in October 2022 and already it apparently has completely burned out and you want to charge me again to get me old hard drive back that I paid for once when I bought laptop. TRULY disappointed in Dell and repair gouging technique.
