Regarding service and warrenty of my dell Mouse -MS3320W
I have a dell Mouse -MS3320W which i bought on 02.01.2024 which comes with 3 yrs exchange warranty. I faced some issues with that in Nov 24 and got it replaced in first week of December 2024.
From last month i am again facing issues with it as the scroll completely stopped working. So tried finding the number for support, not able to find one, then tried the chat bots and other options but not able to find any support.
Standard Services: 1 809 444 688 (In Country Toll-free Number) | +33 4 99 75 46 06 (International Toll Number) Sun-Thurs, 8:30 to 17:00
Above numbers are given on the tech support, i tried calling them from multiple devices multiple times but always getting that the number you are calling invalid.
Then i finally emailed the guy who last interacted with me for previous service request, he acknowledged the email and asked for details from emailid: technical_support@help.dell.com he is constantly asking for the issue that i am facing but sometimes i also get an email from noresponse@dell.com saying that
"Thank you for contacting Dell Technologies Services. This email address is only monitored for active open cases. Please visit us at dell.com/support if you require technical assistance.Thank you for choosing Dell Technologies"
But there is no option of contacting anyone on that technical support page. I tried finding the escalation matrix for that same but couldn't find one. Can anyone from dell or the community help me reach the right forum to get help to get this resolved.
