Regarding Denial of warranty extended

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Denial of 2-Years of basic hardware and 3 yrs of accidental damage

At the time of purchase, I was offered a warranty extension for which I paid the full amount as required. However, I have now been informed by your team that the warranty has already expired and therefore cannot be activated. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

From a consumer standpoint, this constitutes a deficiency in service and potentially an unfair trade practice, as I was charged for a service that is now being denied without prior disclosure or valid justification.
