Refurbished AW2724DM, Tag not on Support site

I bought a refurbished Alienware monitor from the DELL website (Link) and could not turn it on yesterday. The monitor should come with a 90-day warranty. However, when I entered the service tag to the support page it showed "Issue with Support Services" and I was unable to get any help from technical support.
