Recent phone call with Dell US Sales

I just finished talking to a Dell Sales Representative Lexie J. Lexie J, impressed me with her knowledge, professionalism, and was very considerate towards me, since I am 89 years old. She was very patient with me. She was very prompt in sending me a quote, which we have not refined and she will be sending an updated quote. I am sure I will call her back to place the order for the computer which is for my Great Granddaughter who is graduating from high school very soon.

Lexie J is an outstanding lady, who I feel is a definite asset to the Dell sales staff. When the need arises again for ordering a computer I will do my best to contact Lexie J.
