Received an UNCLAIMED PROPERTY letter from Dell

There isn't any contact info on the letter and it specifies that I must respond in 14 days via postal mail.

Seems legit, but I've talked to multiple people about this and just got the run-around and hang ups.

Can I get a legit contact number for this issue or any way i can confirm this is legit?
