Really mad at Dell

I purchased this computer May29. Since the day I turned it on McAfee would not load. Both Dell and McAfee logged in to this new computer and were not able make it work. They told me it was escalated. To this date no one has been able to fix it. Tried writing a letter nor Word wants a credit card. I already paid Dell. I am so angry that I can spit, your answering machine is horrible. Never got passed that. Kept hanging up on me. A little bit ago someone typing tells me I can't return it because it's over 30 days. That's you fault. I have spent at least 10 hours with your techs. I begged for a supervisor to talk to me. No one will. So I am ordering a HP tomorrow morning. Then calling Capital One credit card and disputing the charge as this machine as DEFECTIVE.  <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

I can not believe Dell has not replied to my post.

the bigger they got the dumber they got.

calling Credit card to start a charge back.

It's now July 17th. Still have not heard a word from Dell. I did a chargeback. Still no feedback, I ordered a HP machine. DONE buying any Dell.
