Rakuten Cashback not forthcoming
I purchased an $750 computer with 10% cash back due from Rakuten. They tell me Dell has not confirmed purchase and they made an inquiry with Dell. They have been stalling for weeks. Can Dell please confirm the purchase with Rakuten? What information do you need?
