Purolator shipping problems

When I ordered a dell xps laptop on November 23rd, I was expecting it to be delivered in 2 weeks time (which I think is reasonable). The shipping label was created on the very next day and it was picked up by purolator 4 days later. After more than week, I got a notification saying “Carrier expects delivery delay due to missed connection”. One more week following this notification, I finally see that it is out of delivery on Dec 4, and by 1pm I get a message saying “delayed due to missed delivery” which apparently means that the driver was unable to complete his deliveries for the day. I again get a message on Dec 7, that it is out for delivery and one hour later, get notified that the address is incomplete, and correction is required (although I receive multiple packages everyday on the exact same address). When I called purolator, they said that they can’t change address for this shipment and it has to be changed by dell. Upon chatting with a dell representative, they asked me to call purolator and that they can’t do anything about it. I am stuck in an endless loop where both parties are asking me to call the other. Nobody expects a delay of 3 weeks when they place an order. I wish dell served their customers better.

You are not the only one facing this. BTW, have you received your package?

I also ordered a computer from Dell and today it's Dec 18th but still, PURO-LATER has not delivered and it's the same excuse "Delayed due to missed delivery". DELL should take some action and stop using this service. Otherwise preferably, next time I will not buy anything from the Dell store.

I have the same problem now in 2021.

Package was picked up by Purolator 2 days ago. 
However on their tracking tool the status is: Label Created.
Each time the package is shipped by Purolator, it is delayed for weeks! 
I called their technical support and they just don't care.
Please stop shipping items with Purolator!

Having same issue with Purolator. Shipping label created since 26NOV21 and so far no movement. They have worst customer service with zero action.
