Purchased a monitor, was charged and says payment didn’t go through

I purchased a monitor, my payment was declined because my bank needed to verify that it was me purchasing. After verification I fixed the bank information and resubmitted. I was then charged and sent an email that my payment was processed and the order was received but I have not received an email confirmation and it says payment failed. Will my order be shipped? I don’t want a refund I want the monitor I purchased

No, the order will be cancelled and you'll need to place a new one.

Your best option is to call Dell to find out where and why the order failed.

It seems this is a recurring issue with other people online. How exactly can I fix my payment, be charged, and told I will get my money back in 5 business days, prolonging the delivery date for this item by a week?

Instead of asking the same question a second time, call Dell and find out why the order failed.  They may be able to assist you in placing a new order immediately rather than waiting for a release of the hold on the funds.

Their customer service is not available on the weekend, hence why I turned to this option
