ProSupport Plus, Outlook not covered?

I purchased the ProSupport Plus today, only to discover the Technician cannot help me with my MS Outlook and directed me to Microsoft. The support feature: "Software trouble? We fix web access and tools like email and Microsoft 356" appears to not be true. I am prepared to cancel my support.
